As soon as we receive your payment, we will do our utmost to deliver you in the best possible conditions. Always with the aim of reducing our environmental footprint, Colors&Drops orders are exclusively delivered by truck. As soon as the truck leaves our workshop, you will be informed by e-mail. You will then be able to quickly track your delivery thanks to a parcel number. The parcel will be delivered to you by a certified organisation, such as DPD, Chronopost, Geolis, or Colissimo. To guarantee your complete satisfaction, our products are always packed with the utmost care. To perfectly respect the specifications of each material, vinyls and mats are rolled up in a bell-shaped cardboard box, while the textiles and tex-stretchs are folded underneath. In all circumstances, we try to achieve the fastest possible delivery times.
