Does it need steaming?
No. It's crease-free: just stretch it with small elastic clamps on the sides.
Does it reflect light?

How is it different from Textile?
Tex-Stretch contains elastane: it stretches and doesn't crease. Textile, for its part, can be de-creased in 3 minutes.
